• NoSweat Points are accrued at a rate of one Point for every 10 minutes the app runs in the background and two Points for manually tapping the "I'm Here" button every 30 minutes.

1. Set the app to "Always Use" your location for optimal functionality while conserving battery life.

4. Optionally tap the "I'm Here" button for an additional boost of 2 Points.
